Our story

Since 2016, we have been working with digital assets in various forms and started thinking about how we could use cryptocurrencies in investments.

As long-time professionals from finance, traditional investment funds, financial intermediary companies, with a passion to bring innovative products, each of us perceived the high potential and added value of cryptocurrencies in the financial world.

At the time, cryptocurrencies were seen as an investment taboo and it was unclear whether they would gain the support of regulators. However, we were convinced that they had a bright future and no one could stop us from exploring ways to use cryptocurrencies for investors.

Gradually, we have evolved from proprietary solutions to the creation of a regulated fund aimed at qualified and institutional investors – the Opportunity fund, which today manages millions of euros in digital assets.

We realised that the opportunities and benefits offered by cryptocurrencies should be available to everyone, not just creditworthy and institutional clients.

We know that the typical investor does not have the time to follow all the markets or the ability to analyse individual stocks, bonds or cryptocurrencies.

That’s why we have started working to create a platform that will give every investor in Europe easy and secure access to invest in cryptocurrencies.

And thus Okazio was born….

Okazio is here to provide ordinary investors with a simple, safe and transparent way to invest in cryptocurrencies under the supervision of experienced portfolio managers.

We are currently working towards obtaining MiCA regulation to become a regulated investment vehicle to look after this ‘dynamic’ asset for clients.

Our goal is to make cryptocurrencies accessible to all investors, as we believe they are a key part of the emerging digital economy.
